To facilitate agile and effective decision making to respond to emergency incidents, Incident Management System provides each responsible agency with customized alerts comprising of information services based on the alerts semantics. Alerts adhere to the NIMPS and NRP protocols and are disseminated in CAP format. We discuss ontology-based, Web service composition and customized dissemination of alerts.
