The capital structure problem is to determine the right mix between long term debt and equity. This paper presents an information system for the capital structure using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The proposed system not only helps in managing the long term dept and equity structure of a company, but also considers the estimated firm value when restructuring a company for reselling.
