Participants must reserve their rooms by the 31st of May. After this
date we can not guarantee availability any more as the Cote D'Azur is
one of Europe's top tourist destinations.
We have
arranged a very good rate at 91 EUR per single room per night, 14 EUR
for Breakfast and an additional 18 EUR for usage as a double room.

Travel
The nearest
airport is Nice Cote D'Azur about 20 minutes by car. There is one daily
flight with Delta Airlines from New York, otherwise you would usually
connect in Paris.
A taxi to the
hotel from the airport should be around 40-50 EUR. The hotel is quite
remote, so you should try and arrange rental cars if you want to stay
longer and explore the coast. Regarding the evening activities and daily
transfer to SAP we have already arranged busses.
If you
chose to arrive by train, the nearest TGV station is Cannes or Antibes,
about 20 minutes by car as well.
