Paper Submissions

Authors are invited to submit their contributions electronically through the web site: (TBA). Submission must be in the form of a PDF file. Manuscripts must be in English, typed in double spaced format in 11-point font, and not more than 20 pages. Manuscripts should have a cover page with title, name and addresses (including e-mail address) of authors, an abstract, and a set of keywords. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference, and at least one author of each accepted paper is required to register with the conference and present the paper. Note that the final copy for the proceedings must use LaTex and be laid out according to the Camera Ready Copy format required by Springer.

Panel Proposals

Proposals for panels should be sent electronically through the web site: TBA. Proposals should include a one-page description of the subject matter, the name and address (including e-mail address) of the organizer, and a list of proposed panelists.

Duplicate Submission Policy

A submitted paper cannot be under review for any other conference or journal, and has to be substantially different from previously published work. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.
