Monitoring Home

A number of monitoring efforts are currently carried out in the HMDC district. Quarterly water sampling is carried out in and around the Hackensack River. Environmental Monitoring Stations provide continuous monitoring of air and water parameters. Specific studies have also been carried out in the HMDC district. One such series of studies focuses on the Kearny Marsh.
